Biostimulator results are long-lasting. Initial results can be seen within a month, with continued improvements as collagen production increases over 6 months. The effects of biostimulators can last up to 2 years, but this varies based on individual factors such as metabolism and skin type.

Biostimulators are considered safe and well-tolerated. Common side effects include temporary redness, swelling, tenderness, or bruising at the injection sites. These effects usually resolve on their own within a few days. In rare cases, more serious side effects such as lumps or granulomas may occur.
